Terms of Use

LeadMyBio is a link-in-bio platform with mandatory identity verification. Unlike traditional link-in-bio tools, every visitor who clicks a creator's public profile link must sign in with a Google account before they can view the creator's links. This design allows creators to know exactly who is visiting their profile — name and verified email — in real time.

There are two types of users on LeadMyBio:

• Creators — people who register an account, set up a public profile, and add links. They receive the identity (name and email) of every visitor who passes through their profile gate.
• Visitors — people who click a creator's profile link (e.g., from Instagram or TikTok) and sign in with Google to view the creator's links. By signing in, visitors consent to sharing their Google name and email with the creator whose profile they are visiting.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country's laws) to use LeadMyBio. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

LeadMyBio uses Google OAuth as its sole authentication method. We do not store passwords. Your Google account is used to create and access your LeadMyBio account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, impersonate others, or are used for abusive or fraudulent purposes.

When a visitor lands on a creator's LeadMyBio profile, they will see a login screen (“the Gate”) before any links are revealed. The visitor must sign in with Google to continue.

By passing through the Gate, the visitor explicitly consents to:

• Sharing their Google name and email address with the creator of that profile.
• Being added to the creator's lead list on LeadMyBio.
• Receiving a one-time welcome email from LeadMyBio on behalf of the creator.

This consent is given at the moment of sign-in and is displayed clearly on the Gate screen. Visitors who do not wish to share their identity should not proceed through the Gate.

Creators agree that leads (visitor name and email) collected through LeadMyBio will only be used for lawful purposes, including direct outreach, newsletters, and relationship building with genuine intent. Creators may not:

• Sell or transfer lead data to third parties without the visitor's explicit consent.
• Use leads to send unsolicited bulk commercial messages (spam).
• Use leads for any unlawful purpose, including harassment or fraud.
• Deceive visitors about the nature of the profile or the data being collected.

Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish on their LeadMyBio profiles, including links, titles, icons, bios, and coupon codes.

You may not publish content that:

• Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the visitor's jurisdiction.
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, phishing links, or harmful software.
• Is deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• Promotes adult content, gambling, or regulated substances without proper authorization.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

LeadMyBio offers a free plan with the following limitations:

• Up to 100 captured leads (new visitors stop being recorded after this limit).
• Basic dashboard — no export, no coupon codes, no aliases.
• The “Powered by LeadMyBio” badge is shown on your profile.

Visitors can continue to view the creator's profile and links after the free limit is reached; their visit simply will not be recorded as a new lead.

LeadMyBio Premium is a paid subscription plan that unlocks:

• Unlimited lead capture.
• Export of all leads as CSV or TXT.
• Coupon codes on links.
• Up to 2 alternative profile aliases.
• Real-time Telegram notifications for link clicks.
• Removal of the LeadMyBio badge from your profile.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued unless required by law.

Prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

The LeadMyBio platform, brand, logo, and codebase are owned by LeadMyBio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create (profile bio, link titles, etc.). By publishing content on LeadMyBio, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display it as part of the service.

Your use of LeadMyBio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

LeadMyBio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that data will never be lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadMyBio's liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, links, and lead data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we discontinue the service. In the event of termination, Premium subscribers will receive a prorated refund for unused subscription time where required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email (to the address on your account) or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
